You can now view energy vs rmsd plots for active work units. To view your results, click on the "Results" link under "Returning participants" on the home page. To view results from the top users, hosts, and teams, click on the "Rank" numbers on the respective leader lists. The data gets updated daily. We'd like to thank Stuart Ozer from Microsoft Research for helping us develop this feature. Please post comments, questions, and suggestions here. |

Please post comments, questions, and suggestions here. One of my results listed is boxed in dark gray. What's the significance? Reno, NV Team: SETI.USA |

results are highlighted if your lowest rmsd or score is the lowest of all predictions for the particular work unit. The lists are sorted by the difference between your lowest rmsd and the lowest from everyone by default. |

However, there seem to be "%00"s interspersed between all the characters of the BatchID and SubBatchName string and I need to remove them manually for the query to work: https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_results.php?BatchID=%001%002%005%002%00& SubBatchName=%001%00u%00t%00g%00_%00_%00B%00O%00I%00N%00C%00_%00F%00I%00L%00T%00E%00R %00S%00_%00A%00B%00R%00E%00L%00A%00X%00_%00S%00A%00V%00E%00_%00A%00L%00L%00_%00 O%00U%00T%00_%00f%00r%00a%00g%00s%008%003%00_%00&UserID=2080 EDIT: line breaks added Team betterhumans.com - discuss and celebrate the future - hoelder1in.org |

Using Firefox to view https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_results.php?UserID=38837 I get boxes between each character under the Active Work Units using FF; while the same page under IE 6 sp1 looks fine. So the M$ guy has hamstrung the page for anyone that's not using a M$ product. *grin* |

I think I fixed it. Let me know if anyone is still having this problem. It was an issue with the text data returned from the report server. |

Very impressive. A bit like playing battleships. One near miss, but a lot way off the board. |

The data should exist longer than results in the BOINC database. It's stored in a separate database and will probably get purged a week or so after results are no longer returned. |

This may be a dumb question, but is the top work unit in the RESULTS list the one where we're closest to having the best result? And it's sorted that way down the list? |

Yes, see David Kim's prior post Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |
