RALPH down a couple of days

Have been unable to upload results to Ralph for a couple of days now. Getting "Server Error: Can't attach shared memory" Only Web pages and a few other processes running, all other parts of the server are in Red. Can this be passed on to the RALPH team to fix please. Keith Im currently receiving errors in my submissions. The error i am getting is Temporarily failed upload of XXXXXX: HTTP error. i upgraded boinc in the hopes it would fix it but it is still errored. Are the servers on their arse?
