This one appears to be related to zinc, and the application name used suggests it is also related to amyloids:

amiloide-pruebas 4.53

I can't read Spanish or Portuguese well enough to tell if they say whether there's any relationship, but it looks like there's enough chance of one that I thought I'd ask you instead.

I also week in two languages above and I also run ibercivis.

It seems to be human prot. could be in connection with the disease called amyloidosis (accumulation of undegradable proteins in various tissues). I couldn't find any metal in the protein structure, but I'm not an expert. Probably, they trying out some metal comp. enzyme or ligand on this stuff?

As with other users, I can't read Spanish or Portuguese, so I disengaged from Ibercivis a while back. However, if they are running similar WU's, perhaps we could dig up someone who understands one of those languages and get them on board with Rosetta... would avoid duplicate efforts...

In English, but if it even mentions the Ibercivis BOINC project, that's far from obvious.

I found a few sites that mention ZINC (in all capital letters) as the name of a database of compounds that are available enough to be used as candidates for drugs that will dock to specific proteins.
