As listed at https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/apps.php,the latest version of Rosetta Beta is 5.98 created at 25 Jun 2008 22:37:15 UTC, what is the corresponding version of rosetta++ from RosettaCommons? 2.2, or 2.3 ?

Does Rosetta Mini version 2.11 refer to rosetta version 3.1 from RosettaCommons?

Jarod, your questions that pertain to the source code you have licensed from UW should be directed to Baker Lab. Rosetta@home is a specific project with other goals, and so the message boards should be used for that purpose.
