Please keep us posted on the new workunits on the recent IF3_LIKE_SAVE_ALL_OUT_ixx there seems to be evolutionary relationships between them.... Please clarify what exactly you are doing with these and how they will improve fold methods.... Keep us updated in that thread please -Thanks Michael |

Hi everyone. This is my first post here, but I've been a Rosetta user for some time. I agree with Mike, that it would be nice if we were kept up to date with what's currently going on here. Our computers are crunching new workunits all the time, but we have no idea what exactly they are. A key to success is being well informed, and that's what we ask you for. Just give us some more detailed info about current activity of Rosetta every now and then. PS. Sorry for my English ;) All the best, edikl |

Just wanted to add that the screensaver is actually capable of showing a small description of what the workunit is doing. This had been used a while when that feature was added to Rosetta, but I haven't seen any workunit that used this the last two years or so. |
