But I wondering what is energy (score) for Native structure? Rmsd should be 1 for it, as far as I understand, is this correct?

And the second question - it looks like not a structure with lowest energy would be closest to "real" one. Do you have some sort of scoring function that use something different than energy score of structure? If yes, what is the correlation between it and rmsd compare to correlation between energy score and rmsd? Hopefully this question have some sense:D

??? have we gotten any more top predictions as of late, I just checked the top predictions page and its fairly old, just curious as too if any are close to being top or if any more top have come about?

However, my completely untrained eye has my completely untrained brain asking a question. Looking at those plots, and the ones here, it seems to me that it's almost like there's a boundary that we have a REALLY hard time crossing.

What might be interesting is to replace the red area with something that uses different shades to show the density of hits. Once it gets above a certain value, the plot just goes to solid red with the current graph.

Maybe it'll tell us something about that wall that seems to exist.
