I've been viewing my event log and kept getting error messages that "a task finished but the file wasn't saved. consider resetting the project" (or something to that effect). I reset the project, then when no tasks were assigned, removed the project and restarted it. It shows the amount of work I've already done before I did all this, but I don't get any new tasks assigned to my computer. |

If you look at the server status - https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/server_status.php you see that they're running out of tasks, and over 1.4 million are in progress - this is a huge surge, so don't worry. I doubt this is a problem on your end, I saw other users discussing having the same issue in the message boards. I'm also getting fewer tasks each time I receive any - and went a brief time without any rosetta WUs, but it looks like it happened around the same time yours did, and the others. The project is just simply running out of WUs to send, by the looks of it. |

Ah thanks for that. I may sign up for an additonal project. Funny that all the tasks stopped right when I reset the project, but I'll keep my eyes on it. |

If I may - World Community Grid has bucketloads of tasks going out - as do the astronomy-related projects. Don't let your CPUs run idle - more Rosetta WUs will make their way out, but if you're waiting in line, give some other worthy projects your attention. Regardless of the above - thanks for contributing to Rosetta! |

I'll look at WCG. Thanks. Will definitely want my computer doing something. It's got a $1,200 GPU, so let's use it. |

4th April - loads of jobs on server but I am getting none ;-( What can I look at on my settings please to let in more? I can run up to 25 jobs at once and have set 70% CPU usage, 0.5 days of work, additional 0.25 days. Used to get loads of jobs. Or is it server end issue? Thanks |

4th April - loads of jobs on server but I am getting none ;-(Work is only available for Portable devices. Presently there is no work available (other than the very occasional resend) for Rosetta or Rosetta Mini applications. Grant Darwin NT |
