No Work Available To Process?

Brand new to Rosetta@Home here as I only just realized that SETI was basically done. I have Rosetta@Home as my only project but it's telling me "No work available to process." Is this accurate? Plenty of work presently available, If you still haven't got any work, exit BOINC. Give it 10 seconds or so, then restart it.
