Since the language of your original post was beneath the standards of this web site, I have deleted it. But the answer to your question is this.

WE are not asking to connect to the internet, your BOINC manager is doing that when it needs more work. If you look under the BOINC Manager "Advanced" pull down menu, you will see "Options". Select Options, and a window will pop open. There is a slider there that allows you to tell BOINC how often to remind you to connect. In addition, Under the BOINC Manager pull down menu "Activity" there is an option for "Network Activity Always Available" that you should select.
