But most likely a new version of Rosetta@Home was downloaded (v5.16) and an over protective firewall is blocking communications. OR Your computer is overheating and it's now throttling it back OR could be anything, need more information. I suggest going to http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php and make sure you are using the latest version of BOINC, then allow BOINC through your firewall so it can contact the Rosetta Servers. The update of Rosetta is done automatically but it shouldn't have effected anything.
