adding 2nd computer

I am not succesfull. My 2nd computer is running win XP ON A a8v 64 bit asus mb. I have windows onecare program installed (firewall, antivirus & antispyware). Downloading and saving is not successful or running the program without saving it first is not successful either. I turned off my 5computers when I went on vacation.
