I seem to have network problems like that periodically. Seems to be a Windows problem. A reboot generally clears it up.

It is very rare for Rosetta servers to be down. I've seen the same message several times in the past and later never saw any other indication that the servers were actually unavailable.

I hope the 25 WUs you are about to report are the ones that have not passed their deadlines already. In fact, I take it back, it's Sunday already, all of your WUs have passed their deadline to report back. You should report your completed results, and then go to the tasks tab of BOINC Manager, go to the bottom of the list, and work your way up. Click each WU that has passed it's deadline, then click the ABORT button over on the left. These deadlines have passed and so it will be much more helpful to the project if you abort the others and start work on new ones they need to study for the CASP experiment.

Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might!
