Hi- Yep, I shot myself in the foot. For some reason Rosetta is not creating the xx353t.out file in the slot 0 sub-directory. This is the file you copy and covert to a xxxxxx.PDB file. I put a *.bat file in that directory to copy and convert and it too has gone South and not to be found. Any thought on what to do. Thanks. Dick Sierra Vista, AZ |

Welcome to Rosetta! Glad to see you are already interested in seeing and learning more about what you are crunching. My suggestion would be to just display the graphic for the WU initially. You can drag on the right-most image and rotate it. Right click and drag up and down and you can scale it. I assuming the Rosetta WU is not running presently?? You might see if you can end BOINC, copy the .out file back and restart BOINC. In general... don't put anything in the /slots directories. For that matter don't remove anything either. I realize remove was not your intention. Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's. But running Rosetta@home just might! https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ |

I uninstalled and reinstaled. That usually works most of the time. All is back in order and the program is outputting xxt383.out files that I can copy to another directory and convert to PDB files. This is an awsome progam. As a Newbie, I have lots to learn. Again, thanks. Dick Sierra Vista, AZ |
