I figured out the project task thing but I have not idea what to do with all the information. So, if anyone does know what to do with it could you tell me or if you want I'll email you the stuff I download. I'm not old enough to understand converting things into 3D object for cells and stuff.

All you need to do it
Download BOINC
Install it
Attach (via the wizzard that pops up during installation) to https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta as the address, create and account and leave it to do it's stuff.
