Process creation failed: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (0x20)

Anyone know what that error means? I'm trying to get this thing working, but it keeps giving me this garbage.

What are you doing, installing boinc ?

Just running boinc ?

At what point does it give this message ?
