Has Rosetta@Home already published research papers?
If so, where can I find them?

thanks

News & Articles are here https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_articles.php

but for peer reviewed papers you'll need to look at the bakerlab site http://www.bakerlab.org/ and probably http://depts.washington.edu/~bakerpg/publications.html though which if any are directly out of the Rosetta@home project I don't know.

Given it only really started a year ago, and paper generally take longer than that to get reviewed and published I doubt there are any.

So far there has been one paper published describing results from Rosetta@home.

http://depts.washington.edu/bakerpg/papers/Misura-PNAS-v103-p5361.pdf

Included in the publication was an acknowledgment to all boinc users that contributed to the top predictions. The users and teams were listed in supporting text in the journal. The experiments were carried out during the first few months of Rosetta@home.

There will likely be a paper describing the results from casp7 and there are many other experiments being run on Rosetta@home that will be published in the future.

David's Research Abstract on the HHMI site is worth a look. It starts simnple and gets more technical as it goes along, imho, but I understood and appreciated about the first half.

HHMI are, of course, the body that fund this project, and I imagine that this research abstract was originally part of a grant renewal application; either that or written specially for their website.
