Hi,
My system is a pentium4 2.4MHz and runs on windows xp with boinc-rosetta running in the background. Ocasionally, rosetta crashes and causes the system to hang. The only way to get my computer back is to force shutdown of the computer and repowerup, which is annoying. Please do a thorough check on the calculation algorithm and try to minimize system hung situation. Thanks.

I assume you are letting the screensaver show ?

There seems to be a problem with some computer setups and the screensaver/graphics.

Either pop into the numbercrunching area of the main message board

You don not seem to have had an error for a few task (well no failed tasks)

I see you are using Integrated Intel Graphics, this has also been linked to the graphics problem.

My only recommendation is to update to 5.4.11 version of BOINC (it also provdes better debug information to the developers)
