A few hours ago I downloaded and installed the software.

When I first ran the software it made several unsuccessful attempts to download a work unit.

When I restarted, it reported memory problems. (I have at least 10 Gb free)

And this is what I get on my third attempt (after an uninstall and reinstall).

I see nothing that indicates you have a memory problem.... Are you talking about disk space
?, if so go to preferences in your acct. and increase or decrease the amount and percentage that you use....

Try this

Use no more than 1.5 GB disk space
Leave at least 0.001 GB disk space free
Use no more than 75% of total disk space
Write to disk at most every 60 seconds
Use no more than 75% of total virtual memory

Jim thanks, I've done that. (And I also changed the preference to do work when the computer was in use to Yes!)

Does this mean I've got to wait for 20 hours before I try again?

EDIT: BINGO! It's running now, so ignore my latest post. FWIW, if others are having similar problems, Command, Retry Communications did the trick.

Thanks again.
