hi, i currently have 1 computer running boinc, but i can't seem to add a second computer. I was able to a few months ago. When i type in the password, it attempts to attach, but it ends with a message "unable to attach to project" 1/19/2007 12:26:05 PM||Fetching configuration file from https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/get_project_config.php is the only thing that appears on the message box. |

Hi, on the second computer: did you try to "attach to an existing account" (you need to type the password twice if you do that) or "create a new account" (you have to type the password only once)? In the dialog box that comes up after entering the project URL the standard setting is to "create a new account". You need to alter that by clicking on the circle besides the option to "attach to an existing account", else you get an error message. If that is not your problem, please ask again and tell us what you exactly did and which URL you entered. Regards, Christoph |

Hi, I've been running seti@home on this for awhile but decided to attach to Rosetta as well. I get this same error when I tried to do a new account. Then I tried to use existing account and get the same error. I am able to use the same login info and access my account via the website. |

I got the error but it looks like today it went ahead and started processing. Crisis averted... Thanks |
