Does anyone have a current list of what is being worked on? I just started crunching on rosetta again and was wondering what some of the different workunits are. I looked in the active log but it seems to be abandoned. It would really be neat if a script could be made that would monitor this and display the percent complete on each unit. Of course that is a spare time type of project. |

I'd like to see this too. Its always interesting to know what each unit represents and a sentence or two about its biological significance would also be good. |

The Rosetta@home Active WorkUnit(s) Log explains many of the task names, including the jumping. It does need to be udpated with info. on RNA. It would also be nice to understand more about what terms such as the following mean in the task names: "ABRELAX", "FULLRELEAX", "TREEJUMP", "NEWRELAXFLAGS", "NMRREF", "loop_model", "SAVE_ALL_OUT", "FILTERS", "NOFILTERS", "HIGHFREQ"... and on we go. See my post in the cafe. Wonders if 'Bench Jumping' is subliminal advertising for Rosie keep fit classes as they think the crunchers don't take exercise. |
