See related discussion here. The great thing about Rosetta is that it is a tool that can be applied to a wide variety of diseases. So, even if the Rosetta Project Team doesn't do specific work on PMP Cancer, the work they are doing could be applied by other researchers. Similar to how WCG is using Rosetta in their work on Human Proteome Folding.
