If my translation is close, you are asking how to preserve your work. Or how to preserve your work more frequently. These are called checkpoints. You really can not control when checkpoints are made. Rosetta preserves the work as often as it can. And for some types of work units it can take checkpoints frequently. For others it cannot, and it may run for an hour without saving a checkpoint. You will want to set your General Preference for "leave applications in memory when preempted? YES". This will help preserve work when BOINC switches to another project, or stops to take it's benchmarks. But some work will always be lost when you exit BOINC, or turn off your computer.
