I let run the BOINC Manager a few hours. I think it was 15. I gained 25 credits... Isnt it too less? Another Guys told me they run the Manager one hour an gain much more. Do I gain just credits if I finish one Work?

Credits are issued when a task is completed. If you click the link on top of this message board labeled "[Participants]", and click the link there for results, you can see all the tasks you are working with and the credits issued for the ones you have completed and reported back.

Your profile only shows one result and it was reported back more then 10 days after it was issued, so it was passed the deadline. Results must be completed and reported back prior to their deadline to assure you get credit.
