Blocked BOINC startup program

Each time I restart I have to right-click on the icon in the system tray and tell it to run the program and then Vista asks if I'm sure I want to run the program! Now I will try and tweek the task where the program still appears running in the system tray, but is hidden until I click 'Open BOINC Manager'. Thanks again for the help.
