Hey there,
I didn't used my account for an half an year.

Now I would like to start again... But I cant.::

Please see the discussion in this thread.

The BOINC Manager will continue retrying and will bring you some work when it becomes available. So, having an internet connection available for the BOINC Manager is the only thing you need to do (or make one available periodically so it can retry).
