Hi Since i have the new version of Rosetta mini 3.19, I can't see the graph of th application, it freezes. Is this normal? I have the 6.12.34 Boinc version. Does anyone else have the same problem? |

Hi Yes, got exactly the same behavior since release 3.19 Never seen that before (including ralph 3.18) Graphics launch from Boinc Manager opened a dark window which immediatly close... (For myself, Boinc 6.10.60 running on XP pro sp3 FR) But the application is still running in background and reporting completed jobs. Don't know if there is somewhere a debug file I could send ? I am seeing the same problem on Win 7 x64 with Boinc installed using Protected Application execution. I thought it was just because of that. It looks like minirosetta_graphics_3.13_windows_x86_64.exe is installed and my stderrscr.txt is blank if that helps any. |

I am seeing the same problem on Win 7 x64 with Boinc installed using Protected Application execution. I thought it was just because of that. It looks like minirosetta_graphics_3.13_windows_x86_64.exe is installed and my stderrscr.txt is blank if that helps any. Running on XP pro SP3 (32bit environnement). Since my previous message, I've updated the Boinc Manager to the latest release, just in case... But unfortunatly, same behavior: graphics window hang immediatly... Found "minirosetta_graphics_3.13_windows_intelx86.exe" which seems to have not been updated since June (file date is: 06/16/2011). So I believe that it's more or less an interface problem with the new 3.19 minirosetta application... Or the graphics app has been forgotten in the update package?... Still no news from the software designers? Have a nice Xmas time... Gex - France |

I've been having this same problem for a while now. I run three machines and all do the same thing; it just stalls and won't continue till you pause or exit and restart the application. Then it works fine... for a while. It really makes it tough to effectively use the computers since when they stall, they just sit for hours and hours doing nothing till you give it a kick! I've played around with the preferences but nothing seems to help. |

Running 32-bit Windows XP, that is generally looked after - same problem as above. One extra piece of info though: If I start grpahics quickly enough - when it is still displaying "initizing..." - it runs. The window closes itself once actual job starts. Starting new window makes job freeze. |
