Hi all ! I have posted a brief news article on Rosetta@home, quoting from the new "Disease Related Research" page on betterhumans.com. I hope this is ok with the team ... Unfortunately the ">>" link on the main page is currently broken (click on the title instead). I have emailed Simon of betterhumans.com to fix this. IMPORTANT: If many of you click on the Rosetta@home news item, it will make it to the "Top News" section and stay visible on the main page for longer. Something like 700 clicks are required for the top position. The number of page views is visible at the bottom of the page. ;-) |

Hi all ! I have posted a brief news article on Rosetta@home, quoting from the new "Disease Related Research" page on betterhumans.com. I hope this is ok with the team ... Did you post this on the other projects? You may want to consider doing that ... If you do not have access to a project let me know and I will see if I have access to projects you do not ... The point being you want to drive traffic there ... |

Hi all ! I have posted a brief news article on Rosetta@home, quoting from the new "Disease Related Research" page on betterhumans.com. I hope this is ok with the team ... Paul, I am not really in the mood to sign up for any of the other projects. If you or someone else wants to post there about the new Rosetta disease page or the betterhumans.com article, that would be great. |

Hoelderlin posted a brief news article on betterhumans.com about the Rosetta@Home project, quoting from the new "Disease Related Research" page. Thanks ! This seems to have done the job - almost: the Rosetta article now is at 630+ page views and it has reached place two in the "Top News" section. Something like 100 more page views will get it all the way to the top. So, if you haven't yet read the Rosetta article at betterhumans.com, here is the link once more: Distributed computing project seeks cures for HIV, Alzheimer's and cancer |

Over 750 and still in 4th place, the 1-3 place only have 100 or so reads ... are you sure that is how it works? |

Over 750 and still in 4th place, the 1-3 place only have 100 or so reads ... are you sure that is how it works? The "Latest News" column (in the middle) is by entry date, Rosetta is fourth there now, since it was entered yesterday. However, the Rosetta article is at the top position of the "Top News" column at the right, thanks to your help.;-) |
