Using BOINC with no internet connection

I can go to the library to use the net. I'd like to keep contributing to the Rosetta project, so is there a way to upload/send my result and download new jobs manually (eg. ftp/email)? The more days you have, the more work Boinc should download on it's cache. Maybe i'll figure something out myself in the meantime. Anyway to remove the Boinc Icon altogether? Others in my house (wife) feel that I shouldn't "break" our computers over something silly.
